I am using an Android device TC70, with a built in scanner. The scanner is working as I can scan the barcodes into the datawedge test app.
However they are not appearing in the entry control when I run the app and give the entry control focus.
Is there a trick to this?? I just assumed that scanned info would be treated like any normal input (key press).
I am not using a camera, so the nu get package for that so of no use in this context.
Yes the entry form does have focus (the keyboard appears)
No it is not set to read only.
No is not multi line.
The textchanged does NOT fire when I scan. But obviously it does fire when I type using the keyboard for the control.
I also created a tiny test app to make sure it was not an issue with the project, but even the most trivial of apps with just a single page and single entry form doesn't work.
Help much appreciated.
