Twitter Like ViewCell Best Practices

Hi there,

I'm making a twitter like application and as twitter ViewCell has lot of stuff including author name, author picture, description, attached image (which appear sometime/sometime not), retweeated by, date, retweeted status etc etc

So what layout should i use to make it better performance wise ?

Any other advices?
