Does Forms work correctly in Visual Studio 2015?

I'm trying to get a default out-of-the-box sample project template to work in Visual Studio 2015 and the only one I can get to work is the Droid version. Despite paring it with an mac, the iOS version fails to build or run on the iPhone simulator (nothing happens) (Error: Severity Code Description Project File Line

And Windows mobile doesn't appear as an option in the drop down at all, only iOS and droid.

This is just off the sample "Blank App (Xamarin.Forms Shared)" template.
