Tabbed Page more selection IOS renderer

Hi I'm trying to work out if It's possible to change the more page renderer on a tabbedPage.

So at the moment If I select the more button tab the following is displayed.

I would like to change the "More" label to be an image banner. I've prodded around trying to get the correct custom renderer but coming up clueless to which I need to override - if it's even possible.

Any help in the right direction would be great!
