CarouselPage doesn't display Title text

Hi,
I'm using a CarouselPage and I've set the Title property in the xaml file but it isn't displayed. If I set the Title property in the .cs file then it is displayed has anyone else seen this? I'm running Xamarin Visual Studio 3.11.837.0, Xamarin Android 5.1.5.3, Xamarin iOS 8.10.4.0.
